Well since no one responded to the previous post about Absolut; and John said he wants to try new stuff - so I bought Absolute Vanilla.

Didn't know how to make the pizza bread, so I substitued it with pita bread. Hahaaa =p

Not too small nor too big. Just nice.

A base of ketchup (or spaghetti sauce) and plenty of tunas!

Add your desired toppings. (Crab meat, sausages, onions, green peppers, etc.)

Not forgetting the shredded mozzarella. ------ Ready for oven!

Hot from the oven! Not very round though, distorted pita skins.

A title in the papers caught my attention today.
A 5-6 years old boy was tortured physically. I believe mentally as well.
In the news extract, it clearly shows the picture of the kid, scarred body, wounded face(by igniting cigarettes).
He ran to the police station, topless, terrified, crying. A small and very lovable young boy.

It is reported that he was tortured by his step-father.
Splashing hot water on him, whacking him, jamming his head to the walls, etc.
I mean what the fuck is wrong with the step-dad?!

Inhumanity!


I almost cried.

It's just one of those times...

Came back Miri for over a week already.

Haven't started on any of the assignments and revision yet. And if I'm not mistaken there will be a Social Psychology presentation after the break finishes.

The other day I went to borrow 2 books, man those were some old books they have in the Miri Library. Hahaaa

Gave out the questionnaires, partly.

First dish home!

It's chinese. No specific name. Haha


Good thing about cooking back at home, mom will help preparing the ingredients. I.e skinning off yam, cutting the chicken and stuff like that, which I didn't like to do (more like I do not know how) xP

It's chicken + yam. That's about it.


I must say, Yam is my favourite ingredient.!

Basically just pan-fry the marinated chicken parts first. Following by covering the chickens with lots and lots of yam, and some carrot. I prepared a mixture of oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and warm water. Poured in and stew!

Will look like that after 10-20 minutes. The longer you stew it, the better the yam gets.

Not to forget adding in the grinded black pepper.

Add in basil and it's done!

Purple Chili

Have you seen one before? I just saw it for the first time today.

Kinda look like they're poisoned; or tiny brinjals.

My mom grows them by the fence in the yard, I can bring some if any of you want. lols

I think it is safe to say that my niece has got some rocking blood in her. Haha!

Problems kept coming and I have dealt with them one by one.
All I can say is, I am starting to feel worn out.
Slowly, and dreadfully.


Also I want to say, live alone sucks. I mean it's better than to have a roommate; it's just that sometimes, you will have to deal with everything by yourself!

Steak Sauce

Sigh, been waiting for the TMnet technician to come to relocate my internet line. Apparently, they didn't show up. The TMnet staff promised me that they will contact me within 7 days, well they didn't. Could they be more sorry?

My flight back will be on Friday afternoon 3pm. Have to leave my house at around 10am to avoid any delay. Well, the previous experience was breathtaking.

I wish I could be in Miri and here at the same time so that I could celebrate Christmas and New Year with you peeps as well. ;'(

I went to MV just now. (I really shouldn't shop alone, looked sad!) HAhahha!

Bought sister a blouse. That's all.

On my way back, a girl threw up at the corner inside the KTM. 'Pleasant smell'.

Didn't snap any photo, otherwise it would be disrespectful with a train full of passengers. haha

It's movie time again. This time, I finally drifted off!

People brought snacks, food and drinks to the lecture. What kind of course let the students do that? I guess mine does. :\

Feeling artistic?

Woke up at 6:50am, cold shower, dressed up, carried my guitar and amp down. Man that's tiring. HAhaha!
Now left them at Kent's house, since I will be off for 3 week plus. Hahaa thank you Kent!

Was in Keith's car, somehow this unsettling feeling kept coming to me. Just yesterday he pointed his middle finger at some Chinese driver, who by the way happened to be one of TCPJ students. And today well, some other thing came up. "Eh, just now my fren damn hot right?!"
Haha anyway, thanks a lot for the 3 days of rides.

Going back next Friday, hope that I would have already recovered by then. Feeling ill.
Tasks before that:
-Go MV fengshui shop buy something. :p
-Go MV to shop for blouses for sister.
-and bags for mom.
-and urh, maybe get some pork floss back.
-and finally, moving all my stuff to my new unit.

Well, it rained today. Not heavy, but it drizzled for quite a while.
Luckily the video shooting today wasn't disturpted, somehow.


We went to Desa Park; man the playground sure kicks ass. And you know if it wasn't for me, Keith would still be spinning in the spiral-shaped adventure. Conclusive?! hahahaaa


I would say, tiring day.
So sorry if out of no where I give some amateur suggestions.

Anyway, thanks Kent for fetching me to TMPoint on Wednesday. It helped to save a lot of trouble. Thanks Nick and Keith for the wonderful rides today. I shall pay back someday. :D
